Welcome to PLUMB. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of plumbai.shop and any instruments, content, or services we provide. By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or otherwise using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are
PLUMB is a digital instruments studio providing spreadsheet systems, dashboards, planners, and other productivity tools, delivered entirely online through a subscription membership.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase a membership. By using PLUMB, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Memberships & Billing

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) according to the rank you select.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Prices are subject to change; we will provide reasonable notice of any changes before they take effect.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Digital Instruments & License

  • All instruments (templates, dashboards, planners, and other files) are licensed to you for personal or internal business use, not for resale, redistribution, or public sharing.
  • You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or repackage any instrument or its underlying files, in whole or in part, for distribution outside your own organization.
  • We retain all intellectual property rights in the instruments and the PLUMB catalog.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

  • Use the site or instruments for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or non-public areas of the site
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the catalog outside normal use
  • Share your account credentials or membership access with individuals outside your organization

7. Availability & Changes to the Catalog
We continually add, update, and occasionally retire instruments from the catalog. We do not guarantee that any specific instrument will remain available indefinitely, though membership access to the current catalog is maintained throughout your subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Instruments are provided "as is" and "as available." While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranty that any template, formula, or tool will be error-free or suited to your specific needs. You are responsible for verifying that any instrument meets your requirements before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLUMB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or instruments, including errors in templates or data loss. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the catalog. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your membership.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms
