At PLUMB, all instruments are digital and delivered instantly. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds once access has been granted.

1. Digital Instruments
All instruments offered on PLUMB — including Ledger Systems, Cloud Fittings, Instrument Panels, Field Notebooks, and other digital tools — are delivered online immediately after purchase.
No physical items are shipped. Therefore, returns are not applicable.

2. Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time.
After cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to your account and purchased instruments until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy
Because all instruments are delivered instantly in digital format, refunds are generally not provided.
However, exceptions may be granted at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased instruments
  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Situations required by applicable consumer protection laws
